Automated user management

No more waiting on support to handle user lifecycle updates. You now have direct access to the Auto User Management Tool (AUMT): 

• View and adjust automation rules (pending removal, blocked users, inactivity).
• Enable/disable rules as your centre's needs evolve.
• Get visibility into what’s running, when, and why.

This is the first step toward a full “Manage Users” hub, with exclusions, activity logs, and reporting on the horizon.

Multi-select in media library

Say goodbye to one-by-one file cleanup. You can now select and delete multiple media files at once in the Media Library.

That means:

• Faster content management
• Fewer clicks
• A more streamlined library (especially handy for large-scale operations)

Managing users just got a lot easier. From the All People page, you can now:

• Smarter message view: Now you'll always have quick access to the original messages in any in app mail thread. No more losing context, just seamless conversations.
• Helpful fallback page: For those without the app installed, our new fallback page guides you smoothly. With smart detection and install prompts, you’ll never hit a dead end again.
• Clearer notification emails; Kinexio Mail V1 and V2 emails now include detailed sender information, so you instantly know who’s contacting you and from where. Managing requests just got faster and easier.
