Jan 2026: Sales Collection - Document uploads restored in forms

We reinstated the Document Upload field in the Sales Collection form builder, restoring an important capability for administrators creating submission forms.

What’s new 

  • Administrators can once again add a Document Upload field when building Sales Collection forms. 

  • The field can be added, edited, reordered and removed like other form fields. 

  • Published forms now support file uploads as part of the submission process.

 

Why this matters 

  • Makes it easier to collect supporting documents alongside sales submissions. 
  • Removes the need for manual workarounds when document evidence is required.
  • Helps administrators build more complete and flexible Sales Collection workflows.
