Manage Brands & Logos Page

Assign Brands & Logos - one page to look after the logos for every store in your centre.

From here you can see which logo each store is showing, choose where that logo comes from, link stores to a brand, and spot any stores that don't have their own logo yet.

Opening the page

Open the Stores menu at the top of the screen and select Manage Brands & Logos. You'll see a list of all the stores in your centre.

Each store has a row with four things:

  • Store — the store name, with an edit icon next to it for opening that store's settings.
  • Brand — the brand the store is linked to.
  • Logo source — where the store's logo comes from: Centre, Store, or Brand.
  • Preview — the logo the store is currently showing.
Finding the stores you want
  • Use the Logo source filter at the top right to show only stores using a particular logo. Choosing Centre is a quick way to see every store that's using the centre logo because it doesn't have its own.
  • Use the Search stores… box to jump to a store by name.

Linking a store to a brand

  1. In the store's row, click the Brand dropdown.
  2. Start typing to search, or scroll the list, then choose the brand. To leave a store without a brand, choose — No brand —.

Note: Linking a store to a brand doesn't change its logo on its own. You choose the logo separately under Logo source.

Creating a new brand

If the brand you need isn't in the list, you can add it without leaving the page.

  1. Click the + button next to the Brand dropdown.
  2. Type the Brand name.
  3. Click Create brand. Your new brand is added and ready to choose straight away. (Click Cancel if you change your mind.)

Note: A brand you create this way doesn't have a logo yet, so the Brand logo option will stay greyed out for stores using it until a logo is added by the Kinexio Team.

Choosing which logo a store shows

For each store, pick Centre, Store, or Brand under Logo source. The Preview updates to show the logo that will appear.

  • Centre — uses your centre's logo.
  • Store — uses the store's own logo.
  • Brand — uses the logo of the brand the store is linked to.

If an option is greyed out, it isn't available for that store yet. Hover over it to see why:

  • Brand greyed out — the linked brand doesn't have a logo yet.
  • Store greyed out — the store doesn't have its own logo yet.

Tip: A logo needs to be a JPG or PNG image to be used.

Updating from a brand logo to a store's own logo

You can't roll back from a brand to a store logo from this page. To do this, click the edit icon to the left of the store name to open the store, and upload the logo there. Once it's added, the Store option becomes available to choose back on this page.

Saving your changes

If you change a store's brand to one that has no logo while it's set to show the brand logo, the store would have no logo to fall back on except the centre logo. So before saving, you'll see a message:

"This store has no logo set, so it will default to the centre logo. Are you sure you wish to proceed?"

  • Click Proceed to save and use the centre logo.
  • Click Cancel to go back without saving.

Note: Your store's logo won't change without you choosing it. If a change leaves no logo available, you'll always be asked to confirm first.

FAQs

A store is showing the centre logo even though I gave it a brand
That brand doesn't have a logo yet, so the store falls back to the centre logo. Either add the store's own logo from its settings page, or get in touch and we can help add a brand logo.

I created a brand but I can't choose the Brand logo for my store
A brand you create here starts without a logo, so the Brand option stays greyed out until a logo is added for it.

I can't choose the Store logo option
The store doesn't have its own logo yet. Click the edit icon next to the store name to open its settings and upload one.

How do I find every store that doesn't have its own logo?
Set the Logo source filter to Centre — those are the stores currently using the centre logo.

Something isn't working as expected
If a logo won't update or something doesn't look right, email the support team and we'll help.
