June 2026: Visitor Management System - Invitations update

Part of Kinexio Secure's Visitor Management System is the ability to send invitations with navigational instructions. Now, with new improvements.

What it is

Users can now add formatting to the Getting Here instructions included in visitor invitations, including line breaks and emojis.

And, guests can now also zoom in on the Getting Here image and download it directly from their invitation, making directions easier to view and access on the go.

When to use this

When sending visitors instructions via the VMS, this makes it easier to create clear location-specific guidance for your guests before they arrive.
