Feb 2026: Tenant access to sales report via the Kinexio mobile app
Tenants can now access their sales reports, submitted via the Leasing Intelligence product, directly from the Kinexio mobile app.
his update allows retailers to view their own performance insights on mobile, removing the need to log in via a desktop portal.
How it works
Once a tenant has submitted their sales data through the app, they can:

Open the Kinexio mobile app

Submit their sales figures as usual

Tap a second option to view their Leasing Intelligence report
This opens a mobile-optimised Power BI report, securely filtered so each tenant can only see their own data.
What data is included?
Tenant reports can include:

Sales performance

Benchmarking against peer groups

Property-level comparisons

(Where enabled) footfall insights
Reports are refreshed on a scheduled basis (for example, weekly data submitted early in the week is typically reflected after the next data refresh).
