Dec 2025: Bookings - Filter Booking calendars by status

We improved Calendar views in the CMS by giving administrators more control over which bookings are displayed.

What’s new 

  • Calendar views can now be filtered by Status.

  • Administrators can view one status or all active statuses.

  • Cancelled statuses are excluded from the filter and from the calendar view itself. 

 

Why this matters 

  • Reduces noise in busy calendar views.
  • Makes operational planning easier and quicker.
  • Helps teams focus on the bookings that still need attention.
