Feb 2026: Bookings - Better visibility when editing booked spaces
We improved the Bookings experience by warning administrators when they edit spaces or space slots that already have existing bookings.
What’s new

Editors now see a warning if they are updating a space or slot that is linked to one or more bookings.
Why this matters
- Helps prevent accidental disruption to existing bookings.
- Gives administrators better visibility before making changes that could affect users.
- Supports safer day-to-day management of bookable spaces.
