Sep 2026: Tenant Engagement CMS - Improved Items > Redeemed reporting
Redemption reporting now gives teams a more complete and flexible view of item performance. Search, sorting, dates and summary statistics have all been improved so users can analyse activity across the full history of a centre without being limited by the previous default date range.
What it is and why it matters
The Items > Redeemed report has been significantly improved to make redemption data easier to search, understand and analyse.
The previous default date range could hide older content from both the report and search results. The updated report provides an all-time view and introduces more scalable searching, sorting and paging.
Additional created and publish dates also make it easier to understand when content was originally prepared and made available.
When to use this
Use the Redeemed report when reviewing the performance of offers, promotions or other scannable items.
It is particularly useful when you need to:
- find older content;
- identify highly used items;
- search across the complete history of a centre;
- compare publishing dates; or
- export results for additional analysis.
How it works (high-level)
The report now works across all qualifying items for the centre rather than starting with a limited date window.
Searching, sorting and paging are handled across the complete dataset, so searching from the first page can still find an older item located much further down the results.
The report also includes Created and Publish date information.
Summary statistics represent the centre's all-time figures rather than changing as you move between individual report pages.
An updated item-detail drawer is also available as an opt-in experience, allowing users who enable it to inspect an item's redemption information without losing their position in the report.
Best practice tips
- Use Search instead of applying artificial date ranges when looking for a particular item.
- Check Created and Publish date together when investigating older content.
- Treat the summary statistics as centre-wide figures rather than figures for the page currently displayed.
- Try the updated detail view if you frequently move between items and want to retain your report position.
- Export the complete result set when carrying out analysis outside the CMS.
