Sep 2026: Tenant Engagement CMS - Event RSVP reporting and CSV export

Event response tracking is now much easier to understand at a glance. Teams can quickly see who is attending, who has declined and who is yet to respond, with the added option to export RSVP data for further reporting or operational use.

What it is and why it matters

Event reporting in the CMS now provides a clearer summary of responses and the ability to export RSVP information.

Instead of manually counting responses from a list, teams can quickly see how many invitees are:

  • attending;
  • declined; or
  • yet to respond.
RSVP information can also be downloaded as a CSV for further reporting or analysis.

When to use this

Use the RSVP summary when monitoring registrations before an event.

Use the CSV export when you need to:

  • share attendance information with colleagues;
  • carry out further analysis;
  • prepare operational event lists; or
  • retain a report outside the CMS.

How it works (high-level)

The event RSVP screen calculates response figures across the full invited audience and displays the totals above the existing attendee list.

A download option allows the underlying RSVP information to be exported into a CSV file that can be opened in spreadsheet applications such as Excel.

Best practice tips

  • Check the RSVP summary regularly as the event approaches.
  • Pay particular attention to the not yet responded figure if follow-up communications are planned.
  • Export the latest data shortly before an event rather than relying on an older downloaded copy.
  • Keep event audiences accurate so the response summary reflects the people genuinely invited.
