Feb 2026: Sales Collection - Major update, a more powerful portal workspace

We’ve released a significant update to our Sales Collection platform, introducing a more powerful way for property teams to monitor retailer/tenant submissions and manage the chasing process across their portfolio.

These improvements provide clearer visibility into collection progress, help teams prioritise follow-ups, and streamline communication with retailers/tenants during reporting periods.

What’s new

  • Enhanced property overview: A new centralised list view provides a clearer overview of property collection progress in a single view. This makes it easier to navigate directly into property-level detail.
  • Flexible campaign and date filtering: You can now filter by campaign or date range, making it much easier to only focus on specific reporting periods. A clear-all option allows you to quickly reset filters.
  • Improved performance insights: New summary statistics and enhanced store views provide a clearer picture of submission progress across properties and retailers.
  • Collection status management: Teams can now update statuses, add comments, view comment history, and apply bulk status updates to manage retailer follow-ups more efficiently
  • Needs Attention indicators: Quickly identify retailers/tenants that may require chasing with Needs Attention flagging, along with sorting and filtering based on last activity.
  • Faster access to retailer contacts: Retailer/tenant contact avatars and details are now visible directly in the interface, with copy-contact functionality to make outreach quicker.

Why this matters

These updates make it easier for teams to manage Sales Collection across multiple properties by:

  • Providing a clearer overview of retailer/tenant submission progress
  • Helping teams prioritise retailers that need to be chased
  • Improving communication and follow-up tracking
  • Reducing the administrative effort involved in managing large portfolios

Together, these improvements help property teams stay on top of retailer/tenant submissions and keep reporting periods running smoothly.
