Jan 2026: Critical Comms - Faster response in Panic Button alerts

We improved the Panic Button experience by making the triggering user’s contact number visible directly in the alert view.

What’s new 

  • Panic Button alerts now display the user’s contact number in the Panic Button View.

  • The contact number is intended to support faster direct communication during an incident. 

 

Why this matters 

  • Helps responders contact the user more quickly during active incidents. 
  • Reduces the need to switch back into the CMS to find contact details. 
  • Supports faster decision-making and more efficient incident response.
