May 2026: Security App Users - Register DeadZone users

A new Register DeadZone Users page allows organisations to manage device users centrally at client level. Security teams can register users, such as guards or operatives, with a name and optional employee ID.

How It Works (High-Level)

Administrators can create and manage registered device users centrally. Once registered, those user identities can be applied across DeadZone activity and reporting rather than relying on manually entered names.

  • Register all regular shared-device users before rollout.
  • Use consistent naming conventions and employee IDs where possible.
  • Review user records regularly to remove duplicates or outdated entries.
