Feb 2026: CMS - Better Conversations experience
We made several improvements to the Conversations module to make messages easier to read and act on.
What’s new

Messages now show full dates instead of day-only labels.
- Sender context now includes store and role information.
- URLs in messages are now detected and made clickable.

Messages can now display a configurable store icon next to the sender’s name.
Why this matters
- Makes conversation history clearer and easier to interpret.
- Helps users understand who is speaking without extra context.
- Makes shared links easier to open and use.
- Improves scanning in busy multi-participant conversations.
