Why it matters

The Visitor Details modal and Calendar view were becoming harder to read as visitor volume increased, particularly for busy sites with overlapping bookings.

When to use this

Applies to all Visitor Management  users viewing visitor details or the calendar — most noticeable for high-traffic locations with frequent overlapping appointments.

How it works at a high level

The Visitor Details modal  has a redesigned layout with a richer header, logically grouped sections, repositioned actions, and automatic hiding of empty fields. The Calendar view now groups overlapping bookings into expandable cluster cards, with a side panel showing full details for every visitor in the overlap.

Best practice tips

If your calendar gets busy with overlapping bookings, tap a cluster card to open the side panel — it's the fastest way to check every visitor in that time slot at once without the noise.
