Enhanced visitor communication and experience
These enhancements make MyVisitor more adaptable and efficient, supporting smoother day-to-day operations while improving the overall visitor journey.
In detail...
Improved visit flexibility
Visits that are already checked in can now be edited, including the ability to extend the visit time.
This allows hosts to respond to real-world changes such as delays or longer meetings without needing to create new bookings, ensuring a more seamless and accurate visit management process.
Enhanced booking creation
The visit creation process has been improved to make booking faster and more efficient, particularly for teams managing high volumes of visitors.
Users can now create group bookings more easily, as well as set up recurring visits for regular attendees. In addition, default visit times can be configured, allowing hosts to quickly assign standard access durations such as day passes.
This reduces manual input and ensures consistency across bookings.
Controlled site access hours
Administrators can now define site opening and closing hours within the system.
This prevents users from creating visits outside of permitted times, helping organisations enforce access policies and reduce booking errors. It ensures that all visits align with operational hours and site rules.
Improved Visitor Communication and Check-In Options
Email invites can now include a map image along with “getting here” instructions, helping visitors arrive on time and fully prepared and additional space for site instructions.
In addition, QR code check-in can be toggled on or off, giving organisations the flexibility to choose whether or not to use QR-based check-in depending on their site requirements.
These updates provide a more tailored and professional visitor experience while maintaining full control over how visitors access the site.
